Had a breakthrough moment defining our ICP today.
We're zeroing in on $7-20M SaaS companies where support is mission-critical. Not just nice-to-have, but make-or-break stuff.
We're pricing against human cost (1/10th of a support person), not Zendesk – totally different ballgame. The goal? Push average deals to $8-10K annually.
- Aggressive outbound while it's working, no free trials, $500 minimum buy-in.
- We're not playing the PLG game either – learned from Groove that some decisions need a human touch.
- The content strategy? Simple. Tell our story again and again, get our network amplifying it.
We might not have our ICP fully dialed yet, but we know what we're looking for.

Kicked off a 1-week demo booking blitz today.
First up, hitting an inbound list I've been sitting on–18 warm leads.
- Slapping a CTA on the newsletter.
- Blasting out an email to active Groove users.
- Adding the Helply AI agent to our marketing site and Groove app.
It's a full-court press; reminds me of the early Bantam Live days, but with a bit more precision.
By this time next week, we'll either have 10 potential customers or a clear picture of where we're missing the mark.
Either way, we're moving forward. Let the games begin.
