    How does Helply calculate usage?

    Every interaction with Helply’s AI CX agent uses processing capacity, measured in units based on the complexity of the task. For example, if the AI retrieves information from your knowledge base and generates a customer response, each of these actions counts as one unit. Additional actions, like querying an integrated calendar or external tools, may increase the usage.

    When does my usage reset?

    Your monthly plan usage resets on the 1st of each month, regardless of your subscription start date. For instance, if you subscribe on March 15, your usage will refresh on April 1.

    How does automatic top-up work?

    If your account usage approaches your plan’s limits, Helply offers an auto-top-up option. This feature adds extra, non-expiring capacity to your account to ensure uninterrupted service.

    What’s the difference between monthly plan usage and top-ups?

    Plan usage resets at the beginning of each calendar month, and unused amounts don’t roll over. Top-ups are purchased separately and remain in your account indefinitely until used.
