Support teams don’t go back.

Once AI agents start doing the work, the old way of running support feels broken.

~4,000

monthly conversations handled, 71% resolved end to end

Support used to be a cost line. Helply turned it into our most reliable signal.
Edgaras Vaitkevičius, CEO, Sender.net
Zero

drop in accuracy while resolving 64% of support end to end

We stopped choosing between fast and accurate. The platform takes the routine volume and knows exactly when to hand off.
Razia Aliani, Senior Systematic Reviewer, Covidence
~220

fewer tickets a month reaching humans, 52% resolved end to end

The two-knowledge-base problem that broke every other tool just worked — and I set it up myself, no engineering ticket.
Jacqueline Antworth, Director of Customer Experience, Proposify
24/7

coverage for 1M+ users, tickets cut in half at an 88% resolution rate

We went from “help arrives when someone’s awake” to genuine 24/7, and tickets dropped in half.

How Helply was born

Hey there,

We've spent 14 years building customer support software.

Our original product, Groove, taught us something important: the hardest part of support usually isn't writing the reply. It's everything you have to do to know what the reply should be.

When our customers started asking for AI, we added it to Groove. Drafts, summaries, tools to help teams work faster.

They worked. But we were still adding AI to a help desk designed around humans doing the work.

Then we started using Claude inside our own support operation. We connected it to our knowledge, customer data, product information, and internal systems. Suddenly AI could do more than write. It could investigate.

That changed the question:

What if support people could spend less time doing every step and more time directing the work?

We realized we couldn't get there by bolting more AI onto the old model. We needed to rebuild the help desk around humans and AI agents working together from the start.

That became Helply.

Today, two people on our team support roughly 1,300 customers with Helply. Agents gather context, investigate, follow processes, and take approved actions, while our team stays in control of what happens next.

We believe that's where support is going: not fewer humans, but dramatically more leverage for every person.

We spent 14 years learning how support worked. Then we rebuilt it for what's next.

Thanks for checking us out. We'd be honored to have you as a customer.

Frequently asked questions about Helply

Helply is an AI-native customer support platform that combines a complete helpdesk with AI agents. Your team manages customer conversations while AI agents investigate issues, resolve requests, take action, and work alongside your support team.

Traditional helpdesks were built around humans managing queues of tickets. Helply was built from the ground up for humans and AI agents to work together. AI agents can investigate issues, resolve conversations, update other systems, and handle repetitive support work while your team stays in control. It includes everything you expect from a helpdesk: shared inbox, messaging, knowledge base, analytics, customer records, and workflows.

Yes. Helply is a complete customer support platform, not an AI add-on. Teams can manage customer conversations, tickets, knowledge, workflows, reporting, integrations, and AI agents in one platform. Compare Helply to Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, or Freshdesk.

AI customer support agents are software agents that perform support work alongside your team. Helply's AI agents can understand customer requests, investigate problems, answer questions, take actions, update systems, escalate issues, and resolve conversations when they have enough confidence.

Agentic AI customer support uses AI agents that investigate a customer's issue, decide what to do, and take action. Helply is built this way: its agents read the conversation, check account and product data, run approved actions such as refunds, and hand off to your team when a decision needs a person. Every action runs inside permissions you set and is logged.

Helply's AI agents can take actions. They can use connected tools, APIs, customer data, account information, product systems, and internal workflows to investigate and complete support tasks, not just generate answers. See AI agents and integrations.

Yes. Helply is built for both B2B and B2C customer support teams. AI agents can work across different support volumes, channels, workflows, customer types, and levels of complexity while giving human agents the context they need.

Helply brings customer conversations into one support platform across channels including email, live chat, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SMS, WhatsApp, and other connected integrations.

Every user is $0 per seat, forever, with every feature included. You pay for the outcomes the AI agents deliver, from $0.50 an outcome, at a rate locked for twelve months. $99 a month minimum. See pricing.

Yes, with no cap on users. Charging per seat would mean we earn more when you hire. We would rather earn more when the agents take work off your team.

Yes. Teams can migrate from customer support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Freshdesk, and Groove to Helply while bringing over the knowledge and customer context their team and AI agents need. Book a demo to plan your migration.

No. Helply is a complete AI-native customer support platform. Customer-facing AI is one part of the product. Helply also provides a full helpdesk and AI agents that can investigate issues, assist human agents, take actions, analyze customer signals, and perform support work behind the scenes.

Scale customer support. Not headcount.
