Do the best work of your career.
We're a small, independent team building what we believe is the future of customer support.
We care about exceptional work, thoughtful people, moving quickly, and building products customers genuinely love.
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
Who you are
Smart is great. Curious, kind, and resourceful is better.
We like people who can figure things out.
People who ask questions, challenge assumptions, take ownership, and don't need someone standing over their shoulder telling them what to do next.
We don't care much about where you went to school, the logos on your résumé, or whether you've followed the traditional career path.
We care about what you can do now and how quickly you can learn what you can't.
Be curious. Take ownership. Do exceptional work. Treat people well. Keep learning.
Who we are
A small team with a big ambition.
We've spent more than a decade building software for customer support teams.
Today we're building Helply, an agentic customer support platform where AI agents work alongside humans to investigate, resolve, and act on customer conversations.
We're independent, focused, and intentionally small.
We believe a handful of exceptional people with the right tools can accomplish what used to require teams many times their size. And we're building Helply the same way.
Small team. High ownership. Very little bureaucracy.
What it's like to work here
Lots of ownership. Very little bullshit.
You won't spend your days sitting in meetings talking about the work. You'll spend them doing it.
We hire people we trust and give them the autonomy to solve problems, make decisions, and move things forward.
That means you're expected to think independently. You won't always be given perfectly written requirements or step-by-step instructions.
Sometimes you'll need to figure out what the problem actually is before figuring out how to solve it. That's part of the job.
We care much more about what gets accomplished than how busy everyone looks.
AI isn't a department here.
It's how we work.
We're building an AI company, and we expect everyone here to be curious about what AI makes possible.
Engineering. Design. Support. Marketing. Sales. Operations.
Everyone should be experimenting with AI to work faster, think better, automate repetitive work, and accomplish things that would have previously required more people.
You don't need to be an AI researcher. But you should be excited about learning how to work differently because of it.
We're not interested in doing things the old way just because that's how they've always been done.
How we work
Calm, focused, and fast.
We're remote.
We communicate asynchronously whenever possible and use meetings when talking together is actually the fastest way to solve something.
We believe small teams should move quickly without creating chaos. That means fewer layers, fewer approvals, fewer handoffs, and more direct communication.
If you see something that needs fixing, fix it. If you have an idea, make the case for it. If something isn't working, say so.
Good ideas don't need to travel through five layers of management before something happens.
What matters here
- Do exceptional work.
- We're building something we want to be proud of.
- Take ownership.
- If it's your responsibility, own the outcome, not just the task.
- Stay curious.
- The tools and possibilities around us are changing incredibly quickly.
- Move.
- Thinking matters. Shipping matters more.
- Tell the truth.
- Be direct about what's working, what isn't, and what you don't know.
- Treat people well.
- Customers and teammates deserve respect.
- Keep getting better.
- The person we hire today should be considerably better a year from now.
Helply probably isn't for everyone.
And that's on purpose.
If you need detailed instructions before starting something, you probably won't enjoy working here.
If you measure your contribution by meetings attended or hours online, this probably isn't the place.
If constant change makes you uncomfortable, an AI company at this stage probably isn't the right environment.
And if you need a large organization around you to get things done, we're probably not a fit.
But if you like ownership, autonomy, speed, learning, building, and figuring things out, you'll probably feel right at home.
