About Helply
Helply is a small, focused team building the AI-native customer support platform. Instead of software built around humans processing tickets, we build around a team of AI agents that investigate problems, resolve conversations, take action across systems, and turn customer conversations into intelligence, priced per agent for less than legacy per-seat tools. We are early, well-scoped, and moving quickly.
The role
As our senior designer, you will move from problem to shipped interface, shaping complex AI-native workflows into something clear, fast, and genuinely good to use, while defining our design language.
What you'll own
- End-to-end product design, from problem framing to shipped UI.
- The design language and system that keeps the product coherent.
- Complex AI-agent workflows made simple for support teams.
- The overall craft and polish of the Helply experience.
What we're looking for
- A strong portfolio of shipped, complex B2B or product work.
- The ability to work independently from ambiguous problems.
- High craft and strong opinions, held loosely.
- Comfort collaborating closely with engineers and founders.
What success looks like
- A product that feels obviously well-designed to customers.
- A design system the team can move quickly with.
- Design shaping what we build, not just how it looks.
