Helply is a small, focused team building the AI-native customer support platform. Instead of software built around humans processing tickets, we build around a team of AI agents that investigate problems, resolve conversations, take action across systems, and turn customer conversations into intelligence, priced per agent for less than legacy per-seat tools. We are early, well-scoped, and moving quickly.
The role
As an early engineer, you will design and build features end to end, from data and AI-agent workflows to the interfaces support teams live in, and help set the technical direction as we grow.
What you'll own
- Features across the stack, from backend and data to product UI.
- AI-agent workflows that investigate, resolve, and take action.
- Technical decisions that shape the architecture early.
- The quality and reliability of what you ship.
What we're looking for
- Strong full-stack experience, ideally with TypeScript and React.
- A track record shipping quickly without leaving a mess behind.
- Interest in building on top of modern AI and LLMs.
- Comfort with ambiguity and defining problems, not just solving them.
What success looks like
- Meaningful product surface you own end to end.
- A fast, reliable path from idea to production.
- Technical foundations the next engineers build on happily.
