This is a broad, senior, founder-adjacent role for someone who wants enormous scope. You will use AI to run functions that would normally take a whole team, across ops, marketing, and growth.
About Helply
Helply is a small, focused team building the AI-native customer support platform. Instead of software built around humans processing tickets, we build around a team of AI agents that investigate problems, resolve conversations, take action across systems, and turn customer conversations into intelligence, priced per agent for less than legacy per-seat tools. We are early, well-scoped, and moving quickly.
The role
We are looking for a rare generalist who operates like a founder: someone who can stand up marketing, drive growth experiments, and build internal AI-powered operations, all while staying hands-on.
What you'll own
- Growth and marketing experiments from idea to measurable result.
- Internal operations, increasingly powered by AI you build.
- Systems and processes that let a small team punch far above its weight.
- Whatever needs to exist that no one else is doing yet.
What we're looking for
- A proven generalist who has worn many hats successfully.
- Fluency with AI tools and a habit of automating your own work.
- Strong judgment about where to spend limited time and money.
- Comfort with a role that will keep changing shape.
